Terms and Conditions

Welcome to PackagingAnt Co., Ltd. (“PackagingAnt,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website (packagingant.com) and our custom OEM packaging manufacturing and export services.

By submitting an inquiry, requesting a quotation, or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Quotations and Orders

  • Validity of Quotes: All price quotations provided via email or website RFQ are valid for 30 days from issuance, unless otherwise stated.
  • Order Confirmation: An order is deemed confirmed only after we receive your formal written purchase confirmation (PO), approved artwork proof, and the agreed-upon initial deposit.

2. Custom Artwork and Proofing

  • Design Approval: Before mass production begins, we provide digital proofs for layout, dimension, and artwork verification. You are responsible for thoroughly checking typography, barcodes, spelling, dimensions, and visual elements.
  • Color Accuracy & Tolerances: Due to variations in raw materials (PE/Kraft/Metallic films) and flexographic/gravure printing processes, slight color variations within standard international packaging tolerances (delta E ≤ 3 or ±5% shade variation) are deemed acceptable.
  • Quantity Variance: Due to custom extrusion and converting processes, the final delivered quantity may vary within ±5% to ±10% of the ordered quantity. Invoicing will reflect the exact quantity manufactured and shipped.

3. Payment Terms

  • Standard terms for custom manufacturing orders require a 30% deposit upon order confirmation, with the remaining 70% balance payable before dispatch/bill of lading release, unless negotiated otherwise in writing.
  • Payments must be made via designated wire transfer (T/T), international business accounts, or approved secure payment methods.

4. Production Lead Time and Shipping

  • Lead Times: Estimated production schedules begin only after final artwork approval and receipt of deposit. Standard lead times range between 10 to 25 business days depending on volume and customization.
  • Shipping Terms: Orders are typically executed under Incoterms (e.g., EXW, FOB Guangzhou/Shenzhen, CIF, or DDP). We are not liable for customs delays, natural events, or carrier logistics interruptions beyond our direct control.

5. Inspection, Quality Claims, and Returns

  • OEM Custom Products: Because all packaging products are manufactured to customer-specific specifications, custom-printed orders cannot be returned or refunded once production has commenced.
  • Defect Claims: Any claims regarding manufacturing defects, damage, or quantity discrepancies must be submitted in writing with photographic or video evidence within 14 calendar days of shipment receipt. If verified, PackagingAnt will replace defective items or issue corresponding credit.

6. Intellectual Property

You warrant that you own or possess valid licensing rights to all logos, trademarks, and artwork files submitted to us. PackagingAnt reserves the right to decline manufacturing orders that infringe upon third-party intellectual property or violate applicable laws.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes arising from orders shall be submitted to the competent courts in Guangzhou, China.
