BUILT FOR EMERGING BRANDS

A Practical OEM Packaging Process for Emerging Brands

We help coordinate four key decisions—from order quantity and artwork to appearance and delivery—making your packaging project easier to plan.

01 · ORDER QUANTITY

Choose a Practical Order Quantity

MOQ varies by product, material, and printing method. We help review options for custom poly mailers and bubble mailers based on your target quantity. Setup and freight can affect unit cost.

02 · ARTWORK SUPPORT

Get Your Artwork Ready for Production

Start with a logo, sketch, dimensions, or reference image. We coordinate artwork and dieline support with a suitable supplier, confirming available services and any extra charges upfront.

03 · BRAND PRESENTATION

Align Packaging with Your Brand

Material, finish, and printing shape the final look. We help confirm requirements for frosted zipper bags and gift paper bags. Pantone references help communicate color targets, though results vary by material and printing method.

04 · SHIPPING OPTIONS

Confirm Shipping Terms Upfront

We compare shipping options by destination, packed size, and weight. DDP may be available for eligible shipments; confirm duties, taxes, and import clearance in the quote. Flat packing may help reduce volume where suitable. Read the ICC's DDP definition.

CLEAR ANSWERS, CLEAR EXPECTATIONS

No Factory Jargon.
Just Answers.

Questions about costs, samples, colors, and shipping are part of every OEM packaging process. We clarify key requirements and quoted costs before production.

Will a test order require printing plate or cylinder fees?

It depends on the printing method and order. Before you confirm, we clarify the MOQ, setup fees, sample charges, and other quoted costs so you can assess your budget.

What if the printed colors look different from my computer screen?

Screen colors and printed colors can differ because results depend on the material and printing method. A Pantone color reference can help communicate your target, but cannot guarantee an exact match. For color-critical orders, review an available proof or physical sample and agree on acceptable variation before production.

Can I get physical samples before committing to a production order?

Yes. Plain stock sample kits are available without a sample charge; courier freight is normally paid by the recipient. Custom pre-production samples may incur separate charges. We confirm sample options, costs, and timing before arranging them.

Does DDP shipping mean there will never be additional charges?

Not automatically. DDP defines the seller's delivery responsibilities, including import clearance and applicable duties and taxes under the agreed terms. DDP may be available for eligible shipments. Before ordering, confirm the named delivery place, included costs, and any exclusions in the written quotation. See the ICC Incoterms rules for details.
