What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for custom packaging?
Our MOQ varies by product structure and printing method. Custom printed poly mailers typically start at 5,000 pieces. For luxury gift paper bags and frosted zipper pouches, the MOQ is generally 3,000 to 5,000 pieces. We also support flexible trial runs for growing e-commerce brands depending on the specifications.
Do you offer free samples before mass production?
Yes! We provide free stock samples of our previous work so you can evaluate the material thickness and print quality (you only cover the shipping fee). If you require a custom pre-production sample with your own exact design, there is a small sample making fee which will be credited toward your final mass production order.
What is your standard production lead time and shipping duration?
Standard mass production takes 10-15 business days after your final approval of the vector dieline and digital proof. For global logistics, air freight takes 5-7 days, while ocean freight (our most popular DDP door-to-door option) typically takes 25-35 days depending on your destination country.
Can you help with packaging structural design and dielines?
Absolutely. Our in-house engineering team provides free structural vector dielines, exact Pantone color matching recommendations, and material thickness consulting once your OEM project is initiated. We ensure your design translates perfectly into physical manufacturing.
