How long do sampling and mass production take?
Free plain stock samples may be available on request, with courier freight normally paid by the recipient. Customized samples or mock-ups may require additional time or charges, depending on the product and sample method. For many standard custom orders, mass production typically takes 7–15 working days after specifications and artwork are confirmed and any required sample is approved. The actual schedule depends on order quantity, printing and finishing requirements, and the manufacturing partner's production schedule.
Can you help arrange international shipping, including DDP?
Yes. We can help coordinate international shipping options based on your destination, order volume, and delivery requirements. DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) may be available for eligible destinations and shipments. Because DDP includes import clearance and applicable duties and taxes under the agreed delivery terms, the available arrangement and total quoted cost must be confirmed for each shipment. Where suitable, packaging can be packed flat to help manage shipping volume, but actual freight costs depend on the shipment dimensions, weight, route, and carrier rates.
How do you manage quality requirements and brand color matching?
Before production, we help confirm product specifications, artwork, color references, and any agreed quality checks with the selected manufacturing partner. CMYK printing, Pantone references, and achievable color tolerances depend on the material, printing process, and production conditions. Inspection methods, acceptance criteria, and available quality records should be agreed before the order is placed. Where a specific color tolerance or test report is required, its measurement method and availability must also be confirmed in advance.
Can you source recyclable or certified packaging materials?
Depending on the product and supplier availability, we can review options such as recyclable PE packaging, materials containing recycled content, and paper products from FSC-certified supply chains. The exact material composition, certification claims, supporting documents, and permitted labeling must be verified for the selected product before the order is confirmed.
