What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Which printing options and setup costs should I expect?
Available printing methods depend on your artwork, color requirements, bag material and order quantity. Minimum quantities, plate or cylinder charges, and repeat-order costs can vary by method. We'll explain the applicable options and charges in your quotation before the order is confirmed.
Can you match my Pantone brand colors?
Share your Pantone reference or an approved color sample when requesting a quote. Final color appearance can vary with the film, ink and printing method. We'll confirm the available color reference and any required proof or sample approval before production. A specific color tolerance applies only when it has been agreed for your order.
Can you supply recycled materials or GRS documentation?
PCR material options may be available depending on the selected material and current supply. If your project requires GRS certification or a Transaction Certificate, please tell us before quotation. We'll confirm whether the selected material and order can be supported by the relevant documents. Recycled content alone does not mean every order automatically qualifies for GRS documentation.
Can I receive samples before placing a bulk order?
Plain stock samples are available for initial evaluation, with courier freight normally collected from the recipient. Custom samples may involve additional preparation costs. Any sample-fee or freight credit toward a bulk order must be clearly stated in the quotation. Please confirm the applicable fees and conditions before dispatch.
How do I choose the right size and film thickness?
Share the dimensions of your product after folding or packing, its thickness, and how you plan to use the bag. Our size guide is a starting point, not a substitute for checking your actual packed product. Available film thicknesses and dimensional tolerances depend on the selected bag construction. Final specifications and applicable tolerances are confirmed for each order.
What quality checks are performed before packing?
Routine checks can include bag dimensions, seal integrity and print alignment against the agreed specifications. The inspection scope and sampling method are confirmed for the order. Special performance testing, such as seal-strength or temperature testing, must be discussed separately, including its method, availability, cost and timing.
When does production start, and how is lead time confirmed?
Your written quotation or Pro Forma Invoice (PI) will confirm the agreed specifications, price, payment terms and estimated schedule. Production timing depends on the required artwork and specification approvals, order conditions and production availability. Estimated production time is separate from international transit time.
Can you quote sea or air DDP shipping to my destination?
Yes. Sea or air DDP can be quoted for supported destinations. Please provide the destination address and postal code. Your quotation will identify the agreed delivery location, shipping arrangement, estimated schedule and applicable import clearance, duties and taxes under the agreed DDP terms. Availability and cost depend on the destination and route.
